Heat sealable white polyester flock covered with a silicon paper with good flatness. Especially developed for directly sublimation print on 8.5×11 or 11×17 inch sheets.
Due to the fibre density, a photo-realistic print resolution with a semi-matt finish is achieved. The printed flock has an excellent washing durability and is resistant to yellowing.
Print, cut, and apply to fabrics 160°C 15 sec. 2,5 – 3,0 bar [medium pressure].
Note – A strong mask is needed if you wish to cut things like letters. My supplier does not have the mask for this as this time.
I prefer to use this for simple shapes that can cut out, peeled, and placed by hand. Details such as lettering can be done with heat transfer vinyl.
This can be put through a sublimation printer per the manufacturer’s instructions. I have not tried this.
It sublimates very nicely and is easy to cut by hand and apply to any colour cotton and cotton blends. It isn’t heavy but you can feel it. The larger the piece the more you will feel it.
